Scrapple no longer meets so this blog has become my own way to keep things that interest me: articles about research libraries providing access to scholarly output, things that happen in my day, stuff I might use in a class some day, things I don't want to forget, you know.

IPOD pod casts & NPR
I'm considering getting an IPOD finally. One thing I would want to do is download some podcasts, like from NPR. I heard today that you have to subscribe to them through a service. Is this the case? If so, do you use something you would recommend?
If you get iTunes there's a link to NPR podcasts. And NPR's web site lists tons of them at http://www.npr.org/rss/podcast/podcast_directory.php . I like Wait, Wait don't tell me.
BBC also has links to radio plays that are fun.
I'm nerdy enough to enjoy BBC's In Our Time but that's just me.
